Shipping & Returns
We send our orders twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
Rest of World:
All orders will be shipped via New Zealand Post or Fedex. If you require extra security, let us know and we will organise a signature on delivery at cost.
You will receive shipping notification once your order has been shipped. Customs and duties may apply outside of New Zealand and are the responsibility of the customer.
It's very important to keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel. If you have not received delivery with in one week of your shipping notification email, you must let us know immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Lost and delayed packages are the absolute worst - keep us in the loop so we can help!
Don't worry, Super Mizu Store accepts returns. Just be sure to return your garment in it's unworn, original condition (see Terms & Conditions) with the returns label attached, within 7 days of delivery for NZ customers, or 14 if international. Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Of course you'll need to try on your garment when you receive it, however wearing or using your garment, even for a little while, leaves signs of use, and means we won't be able to accept the return. So please be careful with your item if you think you might return it.
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned. All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer.
Super Mizu Store does not offer refunds, but we have so many beautiful pieces arriving all the time and we'll do everything we can to help you find your perfect piece! Credit is valid from 6 months from delivery of your original purchase.
If your garment is not quite right, we'll try our best to find you the perfect thing next time.
